Beyond the obvious benefits of working out and living a healthy lifestyle there are some great reasons why you should get involved in Beautiful Bodies Bootcamp;
It will help you achieve your fitness and weight loss goals.
It's cheaper than having your own personal trainer but you still have a fully qualified personal trainer on hand to answer your questions and check your form!
The camaraderie, the intensity, and the different exercises all make bootcamp a lot more fun than typical programs. keeping you enthusiastic & determined.

Tues & Thurs 9.30am
Mon & Thurs 6.15pm
All our venues are council approved
For those who do not want to work out in a group 1 to 1 sessions are available.
